All items are made to order and will take 4-6 weeks to ship. For purchases over $500, standard shipping is free. There is a $25 flat rate for items under $500 shipping within the United States. We require all shipments to be received with a signature release. We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We currently are configured for users who are billing and shipping in the United States. We are however more than happy to work with international clients. Please contact our customer service department with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all international sales are final, and all taxes, customs, and duties must be paid for by the purchaser.
Because we handcraft each piece for you, we can only accept returns for an exchange or store credit. Returns or exchanges must be requested and sent back within 24 hours of receipt. All pieces must be in unused condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receipt.
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of your order confirmation. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with production and the return policy will apply.
If you purchased a piece from an outside retailer and would like to initiate an exchange, please contact that retailer directly.
For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, they can take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
All repairs are done on a case-by-case basis.
